How a build runs

Six weeks, in the open.

A system built to order is not a mystery box. It runs in steps you can see, and you can stop it at the end of any of them.

  • Week 1 — the walkthrough and the scope. What the business does, what it loses, what the system has to hold. Written down, and priced.
  • Weeks 2–4 — the first working version. The parts that matter most, working on your own data, so you can judge it rather than imagine it.
  • Weeks 5–6 — the rest, and the people. The remaining modules, your cost codes and roles, and training for the staff who will use it daily.
  • After that — we stay. A care plan or a licence keeps it running, and a person answers the phone.
